Attorney Meena Pallipamu has practiced immigration law in Seattle, Washington, since 2015. Before immigration law, she worked at a large law firm, Dorsey and Whitney, and a legal services provider for low-income WA residents, Northwest Justice Project.
Meena has lived in Turkmenistan, India, and Denmark and understands the difficulties of moving through a foreign country and its different systems. Her father was an immigrant from India and she values her international upbringing and family.
Meena is committed to reuniting families and helping those who have fled mistreatment and persecution in their home country through the immigration laws and processes. As a Peace Corps Volunteer in Turkmenistan she was a public school teacher in a small village.
Meena started her immigration law practice to work with individuals around the world to stabilize their status so that they can contribute to their communities and find belonging and safety in the U.S.
She regularly presents on immigration issues to the community and provides pro bono services through the Northwest Immigrant Rights Project.
